The Open Creative Survey community thanks SurveyMonkey Customer Support team
We are pleased to announce that the migration of Open Creative Survey onto a new infrastructure is 95% completed and that we are able to plan for the second Open Creative Survey campaign.
We would like to thank the Customer Support team of SurveyMonkey, the SaaS provider which is powering the Open Creative Survey surveys.
From our perspective, the Customer Support team has proven both responsiveness and creativity, demonstrating that a mere client/supplier relationship can be a true partnership when it comes to operations, even when the supplier is a global actor and the client a small business a long way away from the supplier head quarters.
